Conflict mediation for arts groups through our MediArts program.

Individual consulting for issues involving management, financial, fundraising strategic planning, board development, marketing, etc.

Resources for sample management information like job descriptions, board requirements, fundraising, HR  info, etc.

Resources for grant information including up-to-date foundation information.

Consultant referrals.

Resources for other learning opportunities including comprehensive schedule of workshops and training available throughout Chicago.

Art Works Management Training

Interactive Seminars

Monthly seminars address a wide range of management areas.  They are offered as a series focusing on a featured management topic that is introduced in the newsletter.  Seminar presenters and facilitators include professional consultants, executives and mangers from successful arts, culture and service organizations, business and marketing professionals.  Interactive seminars are free to Art Work Members; $10 per session for non-members.

Workshops

Each year we conduct in-depth workshops on important management issues.  Workshops are led by outside presenters with extensive experience and expertise.  Workshops are fee based; Art Works members receive a significant discount.

You can become a member of the Arts Management Project and receive great benefits.   Members

·         may attend monthly seminars at no additional charge

·         receive quarterly newsletter and funding deadlines

·         have priority access to AMP onsite resources and consulting
